Sam was born and raised in College Station. He attended Texas A&M University where he studied Urban Planning with the College of Architecture. After graduating in 2018, Sam went on to work for a commercial general contractor doing retail and restaurant development. In March 2020, Sam joined Clark Isenhour to assist with property management and all brokerage services. He quickly became an integral part of the team and was offered a full partnership in July 2023. Since then, Sam has grown his individual portfolio and helped Clark Isenhour expand operations in the community. For fun, he loves training for triathlons, golfing, and traveling.
