Over the past 37 Years in Bryan/College Station, John has leased or sold millions of square feet of industrial, retail and office space. John has also successfully marketed hundreds of rural and commercial land tracts of all sizes, and has been involved in the development of office/warehouse projects and rural subdivisions. Prior to founding John R. Clark and Associates, which in 2010 became Clark Isenhour, John was co-owner of a local RE/MAX franchise for ten years. John and his wife Janice have been married for 37 years and have three grown daughters. Scattered from Tigard, Oregon, Ft. Collins, CO and Euless, TX.
Josh began working at John R. Clark & Associates in 2003 while enrolled in the Land Economics & Real Estate Master’s Program at Texas A&M University. He received his real estate license that same year and began working full time after graduating in 2004. In 2010, Josh became a full partner with the formation of Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services, LLC. Josh has been a partner on real estate investments and also owns interest in a retail franchise. These experiences give him a unique perspective when working with clients and help him to better meet their real estate needs. In his free time, Josh enjoys being bad at golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Heather, and their daughters, Ava and Ella.
Vance moved to the Brazos Valley in 1995 to open Brazos Record Storage, a commercial records management company, which he sold in 2012. Having bought, sold and leased property as a small business owner, Vance understands the real estate needs of people trying to start or grow their business. Vance enjoys golf and traveling.
W. Howard Mayne joined Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services to leverage his professional background to serve the firm’s clients. Howard has extensive experience investing in and managing multiple commercial asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, medical office, as well as oil and gas related investments across multiple states. This experience makes Howard uniquely qualified to advise clients in large scale transactions. Howard lives in College Station with his wife Rachel and their two boys Will and Hudson where he enjoys volunteering in the community and coaching his sons’ sports teams.
Sam was born and raised in College Station. He attended Texas A&M University where he studied Urban Planning with the College of Architecture. After graduating in 2018, Sam went on to work for a commercial general contractor. This experience in the construction industry provided the skills and knowledge to be a successful property manager. Sam joined the Clark Isenhour Team as property manager in March of 2020. Sam also holds his Real Estate license and works to find clients solutions in office, retail, and warehouse real estate. In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
Scott is a Brazos Valley local, born and raised in College Station. Scott studied finance at Texas A&M and was involved in many opportunities while on campus, including the Corps of Cadets and Maroon Coats. He graduated in 2013 and went on to pursue a master’s degree in the Commercial Real Estate program at Mays Business School, graduating in 2015. Since graduation, Scott has been an associate with Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services and focuses on commercial investments and leasing, farm/ranch purchases and sales, and land subdivisions. Scott’s wife, Anne Lovett, is a large animal veterinarian and they have multiple dogs and other pets. Some of Scott’s favorite pastimes include spending time with his family, volunteering at their church, reading, and working on carpentry and leather projects.
James Connor Smith has been engaged in real estate activity since 1961 and is experienced in the sale, development and valuation of real property. From 1965 to 2005 he was active as an independent appraiser/consultant specializing in valuation and counseling for commercial and rural properties including irrigating farmland, livestock ranches and recreational subdivisions. His particular specialty was partitioning undivided interests in rural properties for estate settlement and counselling owners involved with eminent domain situations. From 1974 to 2009 he was the founder and active in two real estate brokerage and management companies. He joined Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services, LLC. In 2015. He is a member of Grace Bible Church of College Station. He is married to the former Dorothy Holt of Center, Texas and they have four children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include skeet and trap shooting, hunting and expedition canoeing/kayaking.
Lance is a long time resident of the Bryan/College Station area having been raised in College Station from the age of 3. He graduated high school from A&M Consolidated. He is a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2004. Lance then earned his Master’s Degree from Oklahoma State University. Lance's father started their auction company in 1989, and so Lance began in the auction industry at a young age. Lance obtained his auctioneer license in 2004 and Graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institute in 2014. He is a past President of the Texas Auctioneers Association. He is currently the President of SWICO Auctions, and S3 One Goal. His pride and joy is his 7 year old daughter Addyson. Lance enjoys horseback riding with his daughter and dancing. He has taught private and group Country and Western Dance lessons since being an Aggie Wrangler in college.
Matt is a Sales Agent who resides in College Station, Texas. Prior to joining Clark Isenhour, he was with a farm credit association located in Bryan. For over 38 years he specialized in rural real estate and production lending throughout the state. His past rural lending experience in the Texas marketplace equips him to serve the needs of buyers and sellers of rural real estate. He is committed to customer service and building relationships. Matt was reared in Carmine, Texas and has made his home in College Station since his graduation from Texas A&M. Matt received his BS degree in Ag Economics from Texas A&M University in 1982. Matt and his wife, Dayna, have two adult children, Morgan and Will. Morgan and her husband Jay reside in Austin. Will resides in Birmingham, Alabama. Matt is an avid Texas Aggie sports fan and enjoys the outdoors. He and Dayna are also active in their Church.
Andrew served for 10 years in the United States Air Force as a C-130 mechanic. He served 3 tours all over the Middle East and assisted with humanitarian relief efforts after Hurricane Ike and the 2010 Haitian Earthquake. After his service, he worked as a lead maintenance technician at a healthcare linen laundry facility in Abilene, Texas. After 4 years and starting a family, Andrew and his family desired to be back home with family. So, on a whim, he sought employment in the B/CS area, sold their home and bought a house in College Station. Andrew joined the Clark Isenhour team in July 2017 as Maintenance Technician. Andrew, his wife, son and daughter, are very thankful and happy to be part of the Clark Isenhour team. Andrew enjoys everything computer related, music video production and spending time with his family.
Lueann joined the John R. Clark and Associates team in 2005. She has over 29 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. She came to College Station to pursue a degree in accounting and loved the area so much, that she made her home here. She and her husband Mike have two children, Sarah, and Jeff. In her spare time, Lueann enjoys scrapbooking, crafts, and spending time with her family.
